Symptoms, treatment and treatment of dengue fever

Dengue is one of the most debilitating diseases in modern times. On one side of this fever, it becomes weak and on the other, its rash remains in the body for a long time. However, dengue is not a fatal disease. It is possible to get rid of it completely by resting and walking according to the rules.

What and how the Dengue fever spreads

Dengue fever originated with the dengue virus and was transmitted to the mosquito-borne mosquito called Aedes aegypti. When a mosquito bites a person, the person is infected with dengue fever within 3 to 5 days. This time the infected mosquito bites a non-sterile AIDS mosquito, it also becomes a mosquito repellent of dengue fever. In this way, dengue is spread through mosquitoes from one to the other.

There are mainly two types of dengue, classical dengue fever, and dengue hemorrhagic fever.
When and with whom dengue fever is high

From May to September, the incidence of dengue fever is especially high during the hot and rainy season. In the winter, the fever does not go away. Dengue mosquitoes can survive for many days during winter larvae. At the beginning of the monsoon, new dengue virus-carrying mosquitoes spread from them.

The outbreak of mosquitoes is usually higher in elite areas of the city area, in large buildings, so dengue fever is more prevalent in the area. People living in slums or in villages suffer from dengue or are absolutely unwell.

Dengue virus is one of those types. So dengue fever can also be 3 times. For those who have been suffering from dengue fever before, the risk of getting dengue at later times is high. This is especially seen in children.

Symptoms of dengue fever

Classical dengue fever usually causes severe fever as well as severe pain throughout the body. The fever is up to 1 Fahrenheit. There is severe pain in the body, especially in the bones, tendons, back bone, and muscles. Besides, there is a headache and back pain. Sometimes the pain is so intense that I feel like the bones are breaking. So another name for this fever is "Break Brone Fever."
During the first 6 or 7 days of the fever, the reddish rash is seen all over the body, called skin rash, much like allergies or sweating. It can cause nausea, even vomiting. The patient feels extra tired and his interest diminishes. Usually, after having a fever for 6 or 7 days, it goes away immediately and in some cases, it will be again after 2 or 3 days. This is called "by physical fever"
When to see a doctor

There is no specific treatment for dengue fever. However, the fever usually gets better on its own. So general treatment according to symptoms is sufficient. But in some cases, it is better to consult a doctor -

If bleeding from any part of the body.

    When platelet levels are reduced.

When breathing or stomach swelling is actually water.

If the amount of urine is reduced.

    Jaundice appeared.

    Excess fatigue or weakness.

    Severe abdominal pain or vomiting.

What should be examined

In fact, in most cases, dengue fever does not require a lot of testing, which is a waste of money.
After 3-5 days of fever, CBC and platelets are sufficient. If you do this before, the report is normal and many may be confused. If the platelet count is less than 1 lakh, the next step should be taken with the dengue virus in mind.

Dengue antibody can be tested after 3 or 5 days. Although this test helps in the diagnosis, it has no role in the treatment of the disease. If you do not do this test, there is no problem, it is just a waste of money.

Blood sugar, liver tests like SGPT, SGOT, alkaline phosphatase, etc. can be done if needed.
Also, ultrasonograms of the abdomen, chest x-rays, etc. can be done if needed.
If the doctor thinks that the patient is suffering from a DIC national complication, then he can examine prothrombin time, APTT, D-dimer, etc.

What to do to treat dengue fever

Most patients with dengue fever usually recover on their own within 3-5 days, even without any treatment. However, the patient must follow the doctor's advice, so that no serious dengue-related complications occur. Dengue fever is actually a debilitating disease, mostly for the treatment of symptoms
