can i take borage oil with lipitor and asprin

Absolutely!!!  Borage oil is a natural form of omega 3 fatty acid and is super healthy.  I would recommend a combination of borage, flax and fish oil.  I would also recommend reading my article on Lipitor.  I also encourage you to re-think the "baby" dose of aspirin that people are encouraged to take daily for the rest of their life.  Studies comparing aspirins found that only aspirin with magnesium in it had any true effect on heart health.  So why don't we just take more magnesium???

I just finished reading your article about the fast. I'm very interested in trying it out, I hear many good things about fasting. My only question is why no strawberries? They're my favourite! Do they have some kind of adverse affect while fasting? Thanks!

Great question!

Here is a rule to remember.  THE DEEPER THE ROOT, THE BETTER THE FRUIT.  Or I should clarify and say the less toxic the fruit.  Strawberries have been shown in some studies to have some of the most toxins when compared to other fruits.  This fast is intended to promote clean foods to detoxify the body.  I'm not wholly against the strawberry and enjoy some myself from time to time.  I chose organically grown berries but that is still not a absolute safeguard.  In designing this fast I wanted to pick the best and brightest of every food and herb. A great many foods didn't make the cut.  I encourage you to experiment with fasting.  It can be a great way to purge unhealthy habits and toxins from your body leaving you clean and vital.

I have a totally nasty fungus growing under most of my toenails. Do you have any natural remedies to recommend?

Good news! Yes! I see this a great deal and I've always reccommend the same thing.  TEA TREE OIL.  Take a bucket of warm water, drop 6-8 drops of tea tree oil in it and let your feet soak for 15 minutes twice a day.  After you're finished soaking your feet douse a cotton cloth with the tea tree oil and smother all the crevices between your toes and toe nails.  I would go as far as smothering the whole foot.  After a good smothering let your feet dry put on cotton socks and away you go.  The treatment can work as quick as 4 days and take as long as one month depending on the severity and your general hygiene.  Try to give your feet air as often as you can.
