The Health Word

fibromyalgia

Hello. A few years ago I had a urinary tract infection. The doctor gave me Cipro. It didn't go well, I called the doctor and he changed it to Levaquin, then to Tequin. I had no clue he was basically giving me the same meds over and over within a few weeks. Well finally the doctors switched it up and gave me Bactrim. I have never been the same since that 1 week of Bactrim. It has been a couple of years now since I took this drug but noone will listen to me when I say that this drug somehow damaged me. I won't go into each and every individual symptom that it has caused over the years, but I will say that I do believe that I have Fibromyalgia. The sensitive spots on the skin, the pain, the digestive disorders, the anxiety, visual disturbances, the list goes on. I have been to many doctors and they all usually say that it's just anxiety and they give me some sort of pill and send me home! I need help! What can I do to get better?

Let me first say that your situation more complicated than a paragraph can answer.  The overuse and misuse of antibiotics has been a known and documented problem in the medical field for the last two decades and it hasn't gotten any better.  I implore you to seek out a Naturopathic Physician and a wellness based Chiropractic Physician to help you cleanse the toxins inside your body.  Here is what they will likely do for you:

They will help you find the appropriate Pro-Biotic (live cultured intestinal bacteria) which will greatly increase immune function and promote an acid fast environment in your gut killing all the bad stuff.

They will help your body become alkaline with a greens supplement so that your cells have the best environment to thrive and they will eliminate foods in your diet that aren't fit for you.

The Chiropractor will check your nervous system for interference which can be effecting every cell, tissue and organ system in your body and make a game plan for correction.
